More than 1 000 learners have experienced the arts with their teachers over the past two years as part of the KKNK Youth Arts Festival, in collaboration with the Western Cape Education Department (WCED).

To create future audiences is and remains a core objective for the KKNK. Through the Youth Arts Festival the impact of the arts is broadened and in doing so, it is made more sustainable. We are excited to invite all high school learners to this unforgettable arts adventure.

Participants

Something previous participants have learnt to take home with them?

"You can be who you want to be one day and still make a big difference in the world."

“Art is our everything. Art is who we are and how we express ourselves, without using words.”

“Sometimes you just have to perform and show people who you are.”

“My story matters.”
