• Applications for temporary work at KKNK 2026 close promptly on Friday 30 January 2026 at 16:00. No late applications will be accepted.
• KKNK office hours are Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00. The office is located in 217 Jan van Riebeeck Road, Oudtshoorn. 
• Only applications of individuals between 16 and 60 years of age will be processed. If the applicant is between the ages of 16 and 18 years, a permission letter and an ID copy of the parents or guardians must be attached.
• Only successful candidates will be contacted. If you have not heard from us by 13 March 2026 you can accept that your application was unsuccessful.
• Only completed application forms will be considered. An application form with no ID copy or not signed by the applicant, is considered incomplete.
• The KKNK cannot be held accountable for any lost application forms and/or documents.
• No further correspondence will be made available after the final selection.
• Please keep in mind that we receive more applications than the number of positions available, so although you may meet the required criteria you are not guaranteed to be employed.
• There are no guarantees of employment, even if you have previous employment experience at the KKNK.
• Employment is done considering the population composition of the Greater Oudtshoorn.
